Family therapy is a collaborative process designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflict. At Bold Steps Therapy, our work is solution-focused — helping your family move forward with new tools and perspectives, while also exploring past cycles of behavior.

I use a mix of psychoeducation, gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing to help families build awareness, develop healthy communication, and create lasting change.

Co-Parenting Coaching

Support for Parents. Stability for Kids.

Navigating parenthood after separation or divorce can be overwhelming — especially when communication breaks down or conflict runs high. My co-parenting coaching sessions are designed to help parents work together, not perfectly, but intentionally.

Whether you’re newly separated, years into co-parenting, or blending families, this coaching provides tools to:

Common Focus Areas:

✔ Communicate more effectively

✔ Set clear, respectful boundaries

✔ Make child-centered decisions

✔ Resolve conflict with less emotional fallout

✔ Build a more consistent environment for your children

What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to explore your parenting dynamic, as well as your goals. After that, we will begin coaching sessions. Coaching sessions typically involve 6 sessions and will include practical tools and assignments for yo to work on in between sessions. Co-Parenting Coaching works best when both parents are present and fully engaged in the process.
