What Is a DOT SAP Evaluation?
A DOT SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) evaluation is required for CDL drivers who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation — most often by failing or refusing a drug or alcohol test. Before a driver can return to safety-sensitive duties, federal regulations require they complete the SAP process from start to finish.
Bold Steps Therapy guides drivers step-by-step through the SAP process, helping them meet DOT requirements and get back on the road and back to earning a living. We provide a non-judgmental experience to get you through the process quickly and seamlessly.
